Technical specifications
High alloy heat resistant austenitic steel. Designed for long term operation in
high temperature and oxidizing environments. It is made on the basis of iron,
nickel and chromium. Specific gravity 8.0 g / cm3 Specific heat 456 J / kg * ¡ã
§³. Thermal conductivity. 60.5 W / m * ¡ã §³. Melting range 1370-1400 ¡ã C.
Corrosion resistance
The alloy is not subject to crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. It
is characterized by resistance to the influence of hydrogen, hydrogen sulphide,
chloride ions in high concentration.
Welding
This steel is welded both in the traditional way and by plasma welding and
electronic welding. When welding with pulsed technology, shielding gas is
preferred.
Mechanical restoration
Turning, drilling, grinding, milling.
Application
Production of heat exchange equipment, protective heat shields. It is widely
used in the design of nuclear steam generators, pipeline transporting
hydrocarbons.
