Technical specifications
Nickel based high alloy heat resistant steel. As part of the additives of
chromium, tungsten, lanthanum, nickel, manganese. Alloying has a multifaceted
effect on the quality of steel. Such steel exhibits high resistance to
corrosion. Designed for continuous operation in high temperature 2100 กใ F (1150
กใ C) and oxidizing environments.
It is smelted in an open arc furnace. Rolled products at a temperature of 1000 กใ
C are available for hot deformation: rolling, drawing, stamping. Excellent
oxidation resistance is given by doping with lanthanum, which gives the oxide
protective film extraordinary resistance and prevents corrosion at 2100 กใ F
(1150 กใ C).
