Nimonic 93

Nimonic93 is a precipitation-hardened nickel-based alloy containing high levels of cobalt and chromium, with high strength and good tissue stability, and good all-round properties for use below 815°C. It is used in turbine blades for aero engines, turbine discs and fasteners for small engines.

Nimonic93 heat treatment system 1050 ~ 1080 ℃, 8h, air cooling + 710 ℃ ± 10 ℃, 16h, air cooling.
