NS321

NS321 is a nickel-molybdenum based nickel-based corrosion resistant alloy. It has good corrosion resistance to various concentrations of boiling hydrochloric acid, and also to non-oxidizing acids such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, bromic acid, formic acid, acetic acid and organic acids. It has the characteristics of high temperature strength, dimensional stability and high specific resistance. It has good cold and hot processing properties.

Hot working deformation pressure is high, deformation temperature is 1000-1200 degrees, cold forming and plasticity is good when cold working. Solid solution temperature at 1150-1170 degrees, annealing temperature at 1000-1100 degrees is appropriate.
