Incoloy 802 high-temperature alloys can withstand certain stresses at high temperatures of 600-1200°C and have the ability to resist yanging or corrosion. Incoloy 802 can be mainly classified into iron-based high-temperature alloys, nickel-based high-temperature alloys and cobalt-based high-temperature alloys according to the base element.

Incoloy802 uses. ①Nickel is one of the main components, which can improve the strength and toughness of steel and improve hardenability. When the content is high, it can significantly change some physical properties of steel and alloy, and improve the corrosion resistance of steel.   ② Chromium is also one of the main components, can improve the hardenability and wear resistance of steel, can improve the corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance of steel. ③ copper as one of the auxiliary alloys, its prominent role is to improve the ordinary low-alloy steel corrosion resistance to the atmosphere, especially when used in conjunction with phosphorus more obvious. Monel system is essentially a nickel-copper alloy. Molybdenum as one of the auxiliary alloys can significantly improve the hardenability and thermal strength of steel, prevent tempering brittleness, improve the remanent magnetism and coercive force. Hastelloy is essentially a nickel-molybdenum alloy. Incoloy802 heat treatment methods and characteristics. ① Solid solution strengthening is an important form of metal strengthening, the phenomenon of increasing the strength and hardness of the metal by forming a solid solution. When the solute content is appropriate, it can significantly improve the strength and hardness of the material, while plasticity and toughness are not significantly reduced, which is its most important feature. ② Aging strengthening is divided into artificial aging and natural aging. Natural aging strengthening is to strengthen the alloy during room temperature placement; while artificial aging strengthening is to strengthen the alloy during low temperature heating. Both are based on the premise of solid solution strengthening, and both are designed to improve the strength of the alloy. (iii) Precipitation strengthening presupposes age strengthening and aims to strengthen the alloy. The addition of elements such as cobalt, tungsten and molybdenum gives the alloy a very high yield strength. ④Grain boundary strengthening occurs because at high temperature, the grain boundary of the alloy is the weak link, adding trace amounts of boron, zirconium and rare earth elements can improve the grain boundary strength. ⑤ annealing: annealed state for the base state of the furnace. The substance is the transformation of high-speed steel from austenite to pearlite. The effect is to reduce the surface hardness of high-speed steel, improve plasticity, in order to facilitate cutting and other cold deformation processing; make the steel composition uniform, improve performance, in preparation for further heat treatment; eliminate stress, to prevent deformation or cracking.
