GH6159 cobalt-based alloy
GH6159 is a Ni-Cr-Co based precipitation hardening deformed high temperature alloy with a service temperature of less than 600 degrees Celsius.
The GH6159 alloy is solid solution strengthened by adding chromium, molybdenum and nickel elements, and precipitation strengthened by adding aluminum and titanium elements. The alloy has a high rate of deformation hardening, super high strength at room temperature and high temperature, good plastic toughness and high stress corrosion resistance.
The GH6159 alloy is used for a long time below 600 degrees Celsius, and it has high strength, high shear resistance, and good overall performance of high-temperature alloys.
GH6159 is a Co-Ni-Cr based precipitation hardening deformation high temperature alloy with a service temperature below 600℃. The alloy is strengthened by adding nickel, chromium and molybdenum elements for solid solution strengthening, aluminum and titanium elements to form a dispersive γ' phase precipitation strengthening phase, and also by cold deformation to induce a reticular ε phase to prevent the long-range movement of dislocations. The alloy has high deformation hardening rate, high strength at room temperature and high temperature, good plastic toughness and high stress corrosion resistance. This alloy is a high temperature alloy for engine fasteners with high strength, high shear resistance* and good overall performance* for long-term use below 600°C. Heat treatment system A Hot rolled bar solid solution treatment: (1040~1050)℃±15℃×(4~8)h/WQ; B Cold-drawn bars finish treatment includes: solution" cold-drawn" aging: Solution heat treatment: (1040~1050)℃±15℃×(4~8)h/WQ; Cold-drawing deformation: 48%±1%; Ageing heat treatment: (650~675)℃±15℃×(4~4.5)h/AC.
