GH4202 high temperature alloy

GH4202 is a NI-Cr based precipitation strengthened deformed high temperature alloy with a working temperature range of -253℃~800℃. The alloy is strengthened by adding ω(Al+Ti) 4% to form γ' age-strengthened phase, ω(W+Mo) 9% for solid solution strengthening, and small amounts of boron and cerium are added to strengthen and purify the grain boundaries. The alloy has good overall mechanical properties and stable organization. It has high corrosion and yanging resistance, as well as excellent resistance to rich yang erosion. GH4202 high temperature alloy has been used to make dozens of parts such as turbine rotor, rectifier grille, turbine ball casing, bellows and gas pipeline of high thrust liquid rocket engines with good usage. The alloy has also been promoted for applications in aviation, nuclear energy, petroleum and chemical industries, requiring high performance and oxidation resistance for heat-resistant load-bearing parts and weldments, etc. GH4202 alloy requires welding in solid solution state and heat treatment after welding to eliminate residual stress. The alloy has no harmful phase precipitation after long-term aging at high temperature. Heat treatment system. 1 Cold rolled sheet, (1060~1120)℃/AC+850℃×5h/AC, where the solid solution holding time depends on the thickness of the sheet. 2 hot-rolled plate, (1090~1150)℃/AC+850℃×5h/AC, where the solid solution holding time depends on the thickness of the plate. 3 bars, forgings, (1060~1150)℃×5h/AC" (800~865)℃×5h/AC. 4 seamless tubes, 1100℃×(5~10)min/quick cooling +850℃×5h/AC.
