GH4090 nickel-chromium alloy

GH4090 belongs to deformed high temperature alloy, which is Ni-Cr-Co based precipitation hardening type. the use temperature of GH4090 can be as high as 920. it has high tensile strength and creep resistance, good resistance to yang and corrosion resistance at 815-870 temperature, and has high degree of hot and cold repeatedly. GH4090 has good processing and welding properties. Suitable for making aviation turbine engine vortex disc, blade, high temperature fasteners, clamps, seals and sexual components.

GH4090 alloy has been used to make high temperature spring elements, high temperature fasteners, combustion chamber rings and stop pins and other parts of aero engines. GH4090 alloy has good resistance to oxidation and corrosion below 1040℃, but it is easy to produce intergranular oxidation above 1040℃. GH4090 is a Ni-Cr-Co based precipitation-hardening deformed high temperature alloy, which can be used at temperatures up to 920℃. The alloy has high tensile strength and creep resistance, good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance at 815℃~870℃, and high fatigue strength under the repeated action of hot and cold. GH4090 alloy has good processing and welding properties. GH4090 is suitable for making turbine discs, blades, high temperature fasteners, clamps, seals and elastic components of aero-turbine engines, etc. The main products of GH4090 are hot-rolled bars, cold-drawn bars, cold-rolled plates, strips and cold-drawn wires. Similar grades: Nimonic90 (English) GH4090 melting process. Using non-vacuum induction furnace + electroslag remelting, or vacuum induction furnace + electroslag remelting, or vacuum induction furnace + vacuum self-consumption remelting, or vacuum induction furnace ten vacuum electric arc remelting melting process.
