GH4080A (GH80A) superalloy

GH4080A is a nickel-chromium based high temperature alloy with the addition of aluminum and titanium to form a diffusion strengthened γ' phase. It is similar to GH4033 except for slightly higher aluminum content. Creep resistance and oxidation resistance. The alloy has good cold and hot working properties. It is mainly supplied as hot rolled bars, cold drawn bars, hot rolled plates, cold rolled plates, strips and rings for the manufacture of engine rotor blades, guide vane brackets, bolts, blade locking plates and other parts

GH4080A is a nickel-chromium based precipitation hardening deformation high temperature alloy with a service temperature of less than 800°C. The alloy is mainly formed by the addition of aluminum and titanium elements to form the γ' phase of the precipitation strengthening phase. The alloy has good creep resistance and oxidation resistance in the range of 650℃~850℃. The alloy has good hot and cold workability. The main products are hot rolled and forged bars, cold drawn bars, hot rolled sheets, cold rolled sheets, strips and rings. The alloy has been used in the manufacture of aero-engine rotor blades, guide vane brackets, fan mounting rings, bolts, blade locking plates and other parts. It is also used to make fasteners and blades for automobile engines, and valves and shafts for trains. In recent years, with the development of domestic and foreign shipbuilding industry, this alloy has been widely used in the manufacture of valves for ship engines. The alloy does not precipitate TCP phase after long-term aging at 700℃~850℃ for 1000h.
