GH3230 high temperature alloy

GH3230 is a Ni-Cr based solution-reinforced deformed high temperature alloy with a service temperature range of 700°C to 1050°C. The GH3230 alloy has high strength and resistance to hot and cold fatigue with stable organization. The alloy has excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance, and is suitable for making parts such as flame barrels of aero engines.

GH3230 is a Ni-Cr based solution-reinforced deformed high temperature alloy with a service temperature range of 700℃-1050℃. The alloy has excellent heat resistance and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for making parts such as flame barrel of aero-engine, mainly cold rolled plates and strips. The working temperature of the combustion chamber of aerospace engines can reach over 1100 ℃, which requires good high temperature strength, oxidation resistance, and thermal stability of the combustion chamber material. This alloy has the following breakthroughs and improvements compared with the traditional combustion chamber alloys: the combination of W and Mo elements instead of single W element strengthening, which improves the solid solution strengthening effect; the micro-alloying of La element improves the high temperature durability and high temperature oxidation resistance of the alloy; the large amount of M6C carbide in the alloy has good thermal stability in the Ni matrix, which improves the thermal stability of the alloy while playing the role of high temperature strengthening. The large amount of M6C carbide in the Ni matrix has good thermal stability, which enhances the thermal stability of the alloy The alloy has been used to make combustion chamber components for aero engines.
