GH2132 high temperature alloy

GH2132 is Fe-25Ni-15Cr based high temperature alloy with integrated strengthening of molybdenum, titanium, aluminum, vanadium and trace boron. It has high yield strength and lasting, creep strength below 650℃, and has good processing plasticity and satisfactory welding performance. GH2132 Suitable for the manufacture of high-temperature load-bearing parts of aero-engines working under 650℃ for a long time, such as turbine discs, compressor discs, rotor blades and fasteners, etc.

GH2132 is an iron-based precipitation-hardening high-temperature alloy made in China on a trial basis, which is equivalent to the American A286 high-temperature alloy. The material is prepared at 650℃ it has high yield strength, lasting strength and creep strength, and has good processing plasticity and satisfactory welding performance. It can be widely used in the field and is suitable for the production work of aero-engine high temperature bearing parts below 650℃, such as turbine discs, compressors and other discs, rotor blades and high temperature fasteners.
