GH141 precipitation-reinforced nickel-based alloy

GH141 is a precipitation-hardening nickel-based deformed high-temperature alloy with high tensile and enduring creep strength and good oxidation resistance in the 650-900°C range. Due to the high content of aluminum, titanium and aluminum in the alloy, it is difficult to open ingots, but the deformed material has good plasticity and can be cold formed in the annealed state or welded, and the welded parts are susceptible to strain aging cracks during heat treatment. GH141 alloy can be fusion welded, diffusion welded, brazed and friction welded. The fusion welding can be done by electron beam welding and argon arc welding. Before welding, solid solution treatment or over-aging treatment is required to eliminate the tendency of strain aging cracks in the weld. Cutting processing without special requirements
