1J76 soft magnetic alloy

1J76 FeNi soft magnetic alloy is an alloy made by adding different amounts of Co, Cr, Cu, Mo, V, Ti, Al, Nb, Mn, Si and other elements in FeNi base, which is one of the most widely used soft magnetic alloys and has more varieties and standards, second only to silicon steel sheet and electric pure iron. Compared with other soft magnetic alloys, these alloys have high permeability and low coercivity in low magnetic fields, some alloys also have rectangular hysteresis lines, or very low residual magnetic induction strength and constant permeability and other characteristics with special use. The alloys have good rust resistance and processing properties, and can be manufactured in the shape and size of extremely precise mi components. Because the resistivity of this type of alloy is higher than pure iron and silicon steel sheet, and easy to process into thin strips, to a few microns below the ultra-thin strip, suitable for a few megahertz of high frequency.
