1J54 soft magnetic alloy

1j54 FeNi soft magnetic alloy is an alloy made by adding different amounts of Co, Cr, Cu, Mo, V, Ti, Al, Nb, Mn, Si and other elements in FeNi base, which is one of the most widely used soft magnetic alloys and has more varieties and specifications. Compared with other soft magnetic alloys, these alloys have high permeability and low coercivity at low magnetic fields, and some alloys also have rectangular hysteresis lines, or very low residual magnetic induction strength and constant permeability and other characteristics and have special uses.

1J54 alloy has good rust resistance and processing properties, and can be made into components with extremely fine mi shape and size. Since the resistivity of these alloys is higher than that of pure iron and silicon steel sheets, and they can be easily processed into thin strips, to ultra-thin strips of a few microns or less, they are suitable for high frequencies of a few megahertz or less. 1J54 product characteristics.
