1J27 soft magnetic alloy

1J27 (Hiperco27) alloy has a combination of high saturation and high Curie temperature soft magnetic alloy with good mechanical toughness, good ductility and high saturation magnetic induction strength. Compared to Hiperco50 alloy, the 1J27 permeability is better and does not present the brittleness of Hiperco50 alloy.

Features of 1J27 (Hiperco27) High magnetic saturation Good mechanical toughness Good ductility High saturation induction High Curie temperature: 925°C 1J27 (Hiperco27) Applications Motors Generators Pole pieces Relays Heat treatment. Cold-rolled strip specimens: with the furnace to 850 ~ 900 ℃, holding 3 ~ 6h, to 50 ℃ / h speed cooling to 750 ℃, and then 180 ~ 240 ℃ / h speed cooling to 300 ℃ out of the furnace, annealing medium for the dew point of not higher than -40 ℃ hydrogen gas. Specimens taken from forging billets: heating up to 1100℃±20℃ with the furnace, holding 3~6h, cooling to 850℃ at a speed of 50~100℃/h, holding 3h, then cooling to 700℃ at a speed of 30℃/h, then cooling to 300℃ at a speed of 200℃/h, the annealing medium is hydrogen with a dew point not higher than -40℃. For materials requiring higher magnetic induction strength, lower coercivity, and higher rectangular ratio at lower magnetic fields: heat up to 850℃±10℃ with the furnace, keep warm for 4h, cool down to 750℃ at 50℃/h, keep warm for 3h, then cool down to 300℃ at 200℃/h and leave the furnace, add 1240~1600A/m DC magnetic field at the beginning of keeping warm (750℃), annealing medium is Dew point is not higher than -40 ℃ hydrogen gas.
