1J22 precision alloy

1J22 is a high saturation magnetic induction strength iron-cobalt-vanadium soft magnetic alloy, which has the highest saturation magnetic induction strength (2.4T), high Curie point (980°C) and the largest saturation magnetostriction coefficient (60-100×10-6) among existing soft magnetic materials. Due to the high saturation magnetic induction strength, the volume can be greatly reduced when making motors of the same power, and when making electromagnets, large suction force can be generated with the same cross-sectional area. The high Curie point enables the alloy to work at higher temperatures where other soft magnetic materials have been completely demagnetized, and maintain good magnetic stability. Due to the large magnetostriction coefficient, it is extremely suitable for magnetostrictive transducers with high output energy and high efficiency. The alloy has low resistivity (0.27μΩ-m) and is not suitable for use at high frequencies. It is expensive, easy to oxidize, and has poor processability. Adding appropriate amount of nickel or other elements can improve its processability.

1J22 heat treatment system cold-rolled strip specimens: with the furnace to 850 ~ 900 ℃, holding 3 ~ 6h, to 50 ℃ / h speed cooling to 750 ℃, and then 180 ~ 240 ℃ / h speed cooling to 300 ℃ out of the furnace, annealing medium for the dew point of not higher than -40 ℃ hydrogen. Specimens taken from forging billets: heating up to 1100℃±20℃ with the furnace, holding 3~6h, cooling to 850℃ at a speed of 50~100℃/h, holding 3h, then cooling to 700℃ at a speed of 30℃/h, then cooling to 300℃ at a speed of 200℃/h, the annealing medium is hydrogen with a dew point not higher than -40℃. For materials requiring higher magnetic induction strength, lower coercivity and higher rectangular ratio at lower magnetic fields: heating up to 850 ℃ ± 10 ℃ with the furnace, holding 4h, cooling to 750 ℃ at 50 ℃/h, holding 3h, then cooling to 300 ℃ at 200 ℃/h, the furnace, in holding (750 ℃) began to add 1240 ~ 1600 A/m DC magnetic field, annealing medium for Dew point is not higher than -40 ℃ hydrogen gas. 1J22 similar grades: 50КФ (Russia), Permendur (UK), Supermendur (USA), HiperCo50 (USA) 1J22 process performance and requirements 1、1J22 alloy can be processed into thin strips and thin wires after rapid quenching at about 880℃, and the strips and wires can be punched, coiled or processed into various shapes of components. 2, 1J22 alloy hot rolled (forged) material, cold drawn wire and strip, can be cut and ground processing. When the alloy is processed into components and after the final heat treatment of slow cooling, plasticity is poor and can only be lightly ground.
